Stayed in a very good sized and well-equipped room that was upgraded to on level 15. The staff was competent, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The location was comfortable and stunning: a mall and a market were within walking distance. The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a fantastic area.

The hotel had a central location right in the centre of convention centre. The breakfast was savoury, awesome with scrambled eggs, barista coffee plus freshly squeezed fruit juice.

The Beautiful King Room was really spacious and well-appointed. The bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. Great views of the Yarra River topped it off. Plus, the bathroom was nice and had all the essentials. Only downside was that the TV kept freezing a bit, annoying. A solid experience!

The restaurants were amazing great food and entertainment the fit out looks quite good giving it an impression of a lodge in the Aspen region
I was not happy with my room as I had an unpleasant smell coming from the drain from the kitchenette sink this caused a strong unpleasant smell in the room for the duration of our stay things like these should be checked frequently also the temperature in the rooms at night was quite hot even though we turned off all heating and cooling it was quite uncomfortable

I appreciated the early check-in. I was in my room by noon, and, made my day flow better. The staff handled the process well without complications. I enjoyed the comfortable bed during my two nights. This experience reminded me of those road trips in America where everything aligns just right.
The restaurant service was lacking. It was difficult to find a table at peak hours, and we were not informed about making reservations.

The hotel has very good access along the river to the southbank. Rooms very clean, modern and comfortable.
Was charged full price for room, not Booked.net price which we booked it at. Girl on check out said she would sort it out but 2 days later credit card was charged full price. No apologies offered.
