The Deluxe King Room was really spacious and well-appointed. The bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. Great views of the Yarra River topped it off. Plus, the bathroom was nice and had all the essentials. Only downside was that the TV kept freezing a bit, which was annoying. Overall, a solid experience!

I appreciated the early check-in. I was in my room by noon, and that made my day flow better. The staff handled the process well without complications. I enjoyed the comfortable bed during my two nights. This experience reminded me of those road trips in America where everything aligns just right.

The restaurant service was lacking. It was difficult to find a table at peak hours, and we were not informed about making reservations.

I loved that I was just a few steps from fantastic coffee spots and only a leisurely stroll away from the Royal Botanic Gardens, which made my weekend so enjoyable, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with friendly staff that truly enhanced the whole experience.

We loved walking along the Yarra to explore the casino and do some high-end shopping at Crown, which is just down the street. The room facing the CBD was spacious and comfy. The bed was super comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep.
